in their relationship to the unfolding mysteries. It is an earth centered and archetypal approach with a strong emphasis on soul purpose.

Shamanic astrology links to modern psychology through the use of archetypes. The ancient Shamanism that used gods, goddesses, spirits and animal essences can now be expressed through a comprehensive, cross cultural, full spectrum approach to archetypes. This perspective was inspired by astrologers like Rudhar, and psychologists like Carl Jung.

About John Dumas:

John Dumas is a certified astrologer on faculty at the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School in Arizona. He is trained to track and understand the planetary cycles and their relationship to the process of initiation. John's work with SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats involves an amazing astrology session that is unlike any other. It includes taking our clients out to view the night sky, where he is able to explain how their chart relates to the constellations and their soul's purpose. This workshop is an outgrowth of his Shamanic work with the night sky.
