How will I get directions
to the venue?
Upon payment of the fee you will receive an email with detailed
instructions.
Do I really need to rent a
car?
Almost all of our workshops are held at the HeartWalk Center,
which has several accommodations and restaurants within a 5-10 minute
walk. If driving is out of the question you can catch a shuttle from
the Phoenix airport to Sedona, then utilize the local taxi service or the
trolley to get around while you're here.
If you want to explore much beyond the workshop, a car is
definitely the best way to get around in Sedona. This is a very
small town. With just 2 main roads it's very easy to navigate.
You can drive from one end to the other in approximately 10 minutes.

mild 4-season climate and over 300 days of sunshine annually, each season
in Sedona has something special to offer. Pick the workshop you are
most interested in and come whenever it is offered. The
weather is always great.

Will I be in a group
setting?
Yes, all of our workshops are done in groups. If you are
interested in a private one-on-one experience with our practitioners, you
should consider a SpiritQuest

What type of
clothing should I bring?
Some items will depend on the season, of course. In the
Spring, Fall and Winter it is best to bring layers as the nights in Sedona
can be chilly. In the summer a light sweater in the evening will be
enough. Here are some items that are always useful:
- Comfortable hiking shoes
- Journal to write in
- Sunglasses
- Wide-brimmed hat
- Nalgene water bottle (available at most outdoor stores)
- Bathing suit

Will I have time on my
own?
Workshops sessions are scheduled during the day from 9:30 am to
5:00 pm, which will leave you a little time on your own in the mornings
and evenings. We highly recommend that you plan to arrive a day or
two early -- or stay a day or two after the workshop -- to experience the
wonderful opportunities available in Northern Arizona.

How far in advance should I
book reservations?
Space is limited and our workshops do fill up. If you want
to assure your place you should make reservations as far in advance as
possible.
What if I need to cancel my
reservation?
Payment is due in full when the reservation is booked. If
you cancel 30 days or less before the workshop this payment is
non-refundable, but it may be applied toward any future SpiritQuest
activity.
Your payment is refundable if you cancel more than 30
days in advance, minus a $25 processing fee.

Are workshops ever cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop for any reason. SpiritQuest
will contact you by phone and by email, and provide a full refund of your
workshop fee if we must cancel a workshop. In such case SpiritQuest
is not responsible for consequential damages of any kind, including
without limitation, any travel, lodging or other expenses, or incidental
damages, however caused. If this concerns you, we suggest that you
look into low cost trip insurance to cover airline tickets and other
expenses.
